01General Terms & Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions "Platform" mean 7u7b Refers to the website and its associated mobile application. "Member" Refers to any registered user. "Service" mean 7u7bRefers to all gaming, betting, and financial services available on -.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

03Deposit & Payment Methods

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7u7b - does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

04Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following conditions apply when making a withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• The required wagering must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is ৳1,00,000 (separate limits apply for Diamond VIP members).

Processing Time: Standard requests are processed within 24–48 hours. Verified Gold and Diamond VIP members receive processing within 1–6 hours.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

7u7bAll bonuses and promotions are governed by the following general rules:

• Welcome Bonus Available once on your first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the respective bonus description.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — individual bonus expiry periods may vary.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Referral Bonus: The referred person must register and make their first deposit themselves.

06Betting Rules & Results

The following rules apply to Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (the cashout feature is separate).
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the full stake will be refunded.
• The Duckworth-Lewis method will apply to matches abandoned after play has begun.
• We reserve the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet limits for in-play betting may differ from pre-match betting.

All outcomes in casino games are determined by an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game can be found in the game's information section.

07Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities 7u7bstrictly prohibited on:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Operating an account using another person's identity or credentials.
• Using software or bots to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Match-fixing or suspicious betting patterns.
• Attempting fraud or deception against other members.
• Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed, funds will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by Member: You can close your account at any time. Submit a request to the Help Center and it will be processed within 48 hours. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Closed by 7u7b: For reasons related to rule violations, fraud, or security concerns 7u7b Any account may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel you are losing control over your gambling, you have the option to self-exclude for a set period. You may request an exclusion of 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year.

09Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

7u7b We are not liable for losses caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party server errors. However, reasonable compensation will be considered in such circumstances.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Contact our support team first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. If the issue remains unresolved, submit a formal complaint — you will receive a response within 7 business days.
3. If the matter remains unresolved, a complaint may be submitted to the licensing authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Curaçao courts.

10Terms Updates & Latest Revisions
